Ray County 911 officials have postponed proceedings with an external review of emergency communications operations as the agency prepares to transition to a new facility. The decision was made during a recent Ray County 911 Board meeting. Board members considered a proposal from Fitch and Associates of Platte City, the only submission received in response to a request for proposals seeking consulting services to evaluate agency performance.
