Pursuit and foot chase leads to felony arrests

A north Ray County pursuit which turned into a foot chase, ended with the arrest of two Kansas City, Mo., residents on felony charges. Ray County Sheriff Scott Childers said deputy Dustin Royse arrested Freddie Todd III, 37 and Michelle Trimble, 44, after an overnight pursuit last weekend. “Royse did everything “textbook.
