Leadership at Ray County Hospital is entering a new chapter shaped by stability, transparency and long-term sustainability for the community it serves. That direction is now being set by Lisa De-Kezel, who recently began her role as chief executive officer (CEO). She and her husband recently relocated to Richmond and are taking time to become familiar with their new home town. “We found a little place to rent right now while we’re getting to know the area,” said DeKezel. “It gives us a chance to get to know the Richmond community, but we certainly intend to be in the community.” …
