With the first regular session of Missouri’s 103rd General Assembly now adjourned, Missouri House District Seven State Rep. Peggy McGaugh has issued her 2025 End-of-Session Report, providing a detailed summary of legislation passed and outlining how the state’s $52.7 billion operating budget will be allocated in the coming fiscal year. The report includes a complete list of every bill truly agreed and finally passed by both chambers. These bills are now awaiting the governor’s action and, unless vetoed or assigned a different effective date, will become law on Aug. 28.
