Lee’s Summit man arrested on Ray County charges

A Lee’s Summit man has been released on his own recognizance following an arrest for crimes he allegedly committed in Ray County. Noland Aron Pete Boyer, 21, has been charged with two felonies, including firstdegree property damage and resisting or interfering with an arrest for a felony. Boyer recently appeared before Eighth Judicial Circuit Court Judge Lori J. Baskins, where he entered a plea of not guilty and was granted a bond modification, reducing the original bond of $10,000 to releasing on his own recognizance. He will appear in Ray County Court at 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 12 for a criminal setting hearing. On May 29, Ray County Sheriff’s Office deputies K. Railey and S.
