RICHMOND – Kenny White, a 1977 Richmond High School graduate, is retiring as director of General Motors Global Paint Manufacturing Engineering. He will retire on Sept. 1 after 44 years of service. “Kenny spent most of his career in manufacturing roles, specifically paint.
