Two Henrietta jail convicts escaped from the Ray County Jail Monday, March 27 at 11:45 p.m. after attacking a correctional officer, according to Ray County Sheriff Scott Childers. Convicts Liam Olinger, 20, of Kansas City and Justin Robinson, 39, of Richmond were in a jail cell together. Olinger was captured, but Robinson remains at large. The escapee stands at 5’10 and weighs approximately 185 pounds. Robinson is considered ‘dangerous’ and area residents have been asked to contact 911 if he is spotted. While inside the jail, the two attacked a correctional officer with metal pieces from the building wall. “They stabbed him 12 times in the neck with the rusted metal,” said Childers. He said the metal was easily taken off of the wall and kept bending as they struck the correctional officer. Childers said the condition of the officer was fine, as the officer worked the next day. “Due to lack of security after they overtook the officer, it took little to escape, unfortunately,” said…
