Roy Blunt says the public wants and needs more COVID-19 testing. July 10 • With funding support from the Richmond Rotary Club, the Chamber of Commerce is able to hold the annual American Celebration fireworks show at Southview Park. • Because of the coronavirus, the annual Ray County Fair Ham Breakfast does not have ham on the menu, but the plan still calls for the auction.
