Ideal Industries Incorporated raised $11,000 and had more than 350 community members attend their annual Soup and Chili Fundraiser. Heather Pugh, executive director of the Richmond nonprofit organization, declared the fundraiser ‘record-breaking.’ Chili lovers and citizens were granted the option of drive-through or dine-in. The long-standing tradition, dating back over 20 years – was a hit, she confirmed. “Those that dined in had the opportunity for a tour, seeing the various jobs our employees are working on,” said Pugh. “The volunteer help was incredible.
