Jan Carnahan accepts the Degree of Exemplar Award. The group hosted a Gamma Theta Chapter of Beta Sigma Phi ritual. The Exemplar Degree, the third degree of Beta Sigma Phi, may be conferred when a member has completed four years at the “Ritual of Jewels” level. Members who qualify for this degree and other upper degrees may receive the degree in their current chapter or may progress to an upper degree chapter. Gamma Theta Chapter of Beta Sigma Phi members Nancy Coleman (left) and Genelle Kiser accept the Degree of Master Award. The Master Degree is the sixth and highest degree of Beta Sigma Phi.
