With possible starts of marijuana micro businesses in Ray County, First Baptist Church Richmond Pastor Willie Isaacson went searching for answers and requests from Ray County Commissioners Dave Powell, Bob King and Gary Wilhite recently. “I would like to make a few requests of you all to take some action.
