911 Board addresses ongoing warrant issues

Reoccurring issues with warrant information was the topic of discussion in a recent meeting called by Ray County 911 Board with the Ray County Commissioners. Staff members from The Ray County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office and Sheriff’s Department were also to attend. The Ray County 911 Office and its board members worked with Shareholding Attorney Jennifer Snider of Witt. Hicklin Snider & Fain D.C. in late February. Following the meeting, a letter was sent to Ray County Sheriff Scott Childers regarding the data being entered into the Missouri Uniform Law Enforcement System (MULES) and National Crime Information Center (NCIC) systems supervised by the Missouri Highway Patrol Department, the state’s Control Service Agency for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
