Ray-Lafayette Relay for Life: ‘We’re running for people who can’t’

Floyd Bratton of Richmond (center) and Debbie Hatfield (left) of Lafayette County were selected to lead selected to lead the survivors’ lap, which kicked off the American Cancer Society’s Ray-Lafayette Relay for Life Saturday at Lexington High School, Hatfield had cancer twice and has been cancer-free 21 year and 10 year respectively. Braffton has been cancer-free for 18 years. They are joined by cancer survivor Arlene Buford of Richmond who has been cancer free for 25 years. The women aided Bratton in the lap.
