Warrants issued for Richmond woman on multiple charges

Warrants have been issued for the arrest of Richmond resident Carolena Dionanna Laguna on multiple outstanding felony and misdemeanor charges.

The last known address for Laguna, 27, is shown in court records as 504 S. Camden St., Richmond.

The most recent warrant, issued April 24, is for two Felony D counts of endangering the welfare of a child involving drugs, one Felony D count of possession of a controlled substance, and one Felony E count of resisting arrest, all resulting from an arrest in July 2017. Bond in that case is set at $5,000, 10 percent allowed.

Laguna also has several other cases outstanding in the Ray County court system, for Felony B first-degree arson in July 2017 ($25,000 cash or corporate surety bond posted on Oct. 4, 2017); Felony D drug possession and Misdemeanor D possession of drug paraphernalia in June 2017 (warrant issued April 10, bond $10,000 cash or corporate surety); and two counts of Felony D drug possession in April of this year (warrant issued April 10, $10,000 cash or corporate surety bond).
