RCMH releases survey results

Communication, access, more specialty services called out as needs

The Ray County Memorial Hospital board gathered April 4 for a special meeting to review the results of a community survey conducted recently by Connected Healthcare Solutions.

Board president Valerie Miller said on Friday, “We (the board) felt good about the report, and feel that we have the confidence of the community.”

Earl Sheehy, RCMH chief executive officer, also said he was pleased with the “good community support” the survey showed, and said that nothing on the survey particularly surprised him.
