Spartans help coach earn win No. 200

The Richmond Spartans used the reliable formula of a solid defense to set up the scoring in a 61-45 road victory at Knob Noster Thursday night. The Spartans’ seventh MRVC East win and 16th overall victory for the season also marked career win No. 200 for coach Kevin Jermain.

Jermain, in his second season guiding the Spartans, deflected his milestone toward his players.

“I know its cliché, but it’s the players you coach who get the wins and I’m just glad to be a part of it,” he said.
