Pritchett’s surge sparks Richmond to rout at Holden

Richmond coach Kevin Jermain likes for his team to come out with energy. However, the Spartans came out with a little too much energy Friday night at Holden against the winless Eagles. The Spartans began Friday night and had what Jermain said was a little too much energy, but quickly got things turned around on the way to a 78-55 road victory to remain unbeaten in two MRVC East tests.

Holden, now 0-8 and 0-3 in the league, grabbed a quick 6-3 lead, before Jermain called a timeout to get his team refocused.

“We talk about energy all the time,” he said.
