4-H awards rewards youth, inspiring continued learning, participating

Ray County 4-H recognized 172 4-H members and 96 volunteer leaders for their year achievements at the Annual 4-H Recognition & Awards Banquet, Saturday, Nov. 4, at the Eagleton Civic Center in Richmond. The Rotary Club and Ray County 4-H were sponsors of the 4-H member & leader pins and other awards.

A special 4-H program highlight is recognizing the Ray County 4-H ambassadors for 2018 along with other 4-H award winners for accomplishments in 4-H.  The 2017 4-H ambassadors Jordan Bush of Olde Tyme 4-H club; Haley Schnetzler of Olde Tyme 4-H; Chandler Wheeler of Central 4-H club; and Genevieve Keighley of Olde Tyme 4-H, assisted in presenting the awards.
