Spartan JV grabs second win over Carrollton

For the second time this season, the Richmond junior varsity had little trouble in stopping the Carrollton Trojans. Monday night, the Spartans held Carrollton to just 60 yards on the ground and 89 total yards in a 36-8 win at Tom Adams Field. Two weeks ago, the Spartan JV won at Carrollton 46-26.

Monday, the Spartan defense was pitching a shutout until Carrollton finally got on the board with 55 seconds remaining after most of the fourth quarter was played with the running clock.
