Defense, quick start keys in JV win over Huskers

get on the board in their home game Monday night against Higginsville, and then turned the rest over to the defense in a 26-6 win at Tom Adams Field.

Wyatt Marshall recovered the onside kick to begin the game and then on the first snap, connected with Tim Hamilton who was wide open down the middle for a 46-yard touchdown. Even though the run for two points was stopped short, Richmond held a 6-0 lead. The defense then protected the early lead and allowed just 50 yards of total offense to the Huskers.
