Richmond woman receives probation for selling Xanax

A Richmond woman will receive five years of supervised probation for selling Xanax to an undercover Missouri Highway Patrol trooper.

Ladonna Ford, 54, was sentenced Monday, Nov. 7, for two counts of distribution of Xanax, a Class B felony, at the Ray County Courthouse. Ford pleaded guilty in exchange for a plea bargain. Xanax is a prescription drug used to treat anxiety and panic disorders.
