Terry M. Galle

Terry M. Galle, 59, of Richmond, died Monday, Sept. 12, 2016, at his home surrounded by his loving family.

Terry was born Oct. 18, 1956, in Independence, to James C. Galle and Helen Galle, of Richmond. He married Susan (Hartman) Galle Oct. 20, 1979; she survives of the home.

Additional survivors include: his mother, Helen Galle, of Richmond; two daughters, Jessica Henderson and her husband, Stan, of Windsor, Becky O’Neal and her husband, Justin, of Warrensburg; four grandchildren, Carson O’Neal, Izzy Henderson, Maddy O’Neal and Cora Henderson; one brother, Mac Galle and his wife, Cindy, of Richmond; two sisters-in-laws, Julie Hyder and her husband, Greg, Patti Claire and her husband, Tom, all of Richmond; one brother-in-law, Steve Hartman and his wife, Christine, of Kearney; and several nieces and nephews.

Terry was preceded in death by his father, James Galle; father-in-law, Robert Hartman and mother-in-law Margaret Hartman.

Terry was retired from General Motors and Terry’s Repair. Terry loved to fish, hunt, ride dirt bikes, four-wheelers and trapshooting.   He enjoyed numerous “picker” road trips with his good friend Terry and camping at the lake with his family and friends.   He volunteered with his good friend Kenny Nordsieck fixing bikes for the Salvation Army, at Trick or Treat Street for the Richmond Police Department and many other projects to benefit the community. As a volunteer, Terry met many people he considered friends.

Terry would like to say a special thank you to all of his family and friends. Terry said to “Always pay it forward and leave a place in your heart for the Lord.”

The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Trick or Treat Street or the Salvation Army in Richmond
