Hardin-Central defense created four turnovers, and the offense piled up 416 rushing yards Friday night as the Bulldogs coasted to their second victory of the season, 48-12, at Stewartsville.

Rhyler Estenbaum led the ground attack for Hardin-Central with 323 yards on 29 carries in addition to grabbing three passes for another 65 yards. The Bulldog junior also had a pair of rushing touchdowns and one more receiving. Quarterback Sean Utley ran for 82 yards and three touchdowns on 15 carries, while also completing five of his eight pass attempts for 89 yards.

Stewartsville scored on its opening possession with James Langley grabbing a 23-yard pass from Gage Rush. However, the rest of the evening would belong to the Dawgs as they scored on the next three possessions. Utley ran for a two-yard score and then hit Estenbaum for a 50-yard strike.

Estenbaum scored twice on touchdown runs of 44 and 50 yards to build a 28-6 lead in the second period.
