For MVCAA, ‘back to school’ bells already ringing

It’s not quite that time of year yet – kids, teachers relax – but at least one Richmond organization can hear school bells ringing.
Missouri Valley Community Action Agency has begun collecting school supplies it will distribute Aug. 7. The popular back-to-school event will be held at the National Guard Armory in Richmond.
MVCAA provides supplies to families who qualify through either income guidelines or having children enrolled in free-or-reduced-lunch programs at school.
