After 16 years, Ray 911 board has a new president

911 Presidents PhotoAfter a 16-year run with Mike Arnold, right, as president, the Ray County 911 Board of Directors has a new president. The board recently voted Paul Harris to succeed Arnold, who was presented with a gavel and plaque to recognize his long service. Arnold is an Orrick farmer and seed distributor. Harris was previously a member of the board of directors. In addition to him, the current board includes Vice President – Gene Nolker; Treasurer – Brian Bush; Secretary – Malcom Cunningham, and members Mike Arnold, Chad Burnine, Gary Hall, Susan McCorkendale, Tim Tipton, Robert Smith and Sam Moppin.
