Notice of Trustee’s Sale:

WHEREAS, Grantors, Geromy Spor and Adrienne Spor, husband and wife, by Grantors’ Deed of Trust dated the 17th day of February, 2009, and recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds for Ray County, Missouri, on the 19th day of February, 2009, as Document No. 83458 conveyed, in trust, to Lawson Bank, through Trustee Stewart D. Wieland, the following described property situated in the County of Ray, State of Missouri, to-wit:

All of Lots 13, 14, and 15, Block 3, VILLAGE of ELMIRA, a subdivision in the Town of Elmira, Ray County, Missouri.

Subject to all terms, provisions, covenants, restrictions and easements, of record;

To secure the payment of certain promissory notes, and guarantees which are described in said Deed of Trust described above; and

WHEREAS Lawson Bank, did appoint James A. Kessinger as Successor Trustee, pursuant to the terms of said security agreement/Deed of Trust; and

WHEREAS, default was made on said notes and guarantees, secured by said Deed of Trust, and default still continues in the payment of said notes and guarantees described in the aforementioned deed;

NOW THEREFORE, at the request of the legal holder of said notes and guarantees and in accordance with the provisions of said Deed of Trust, I, James A. Kessinger, Successor Trustee, will sell all of the property described above at public auction, to the highest bidder for cash, at the South front door of the Ray County Courthouse, located at 100 W. Main Street, Richmond, MO 64085, on Thursday, July 18, 2013, between the hours of 9 o’clock a.m. and 5 o’clock p.m., and more particularly at 2:00 p.m., for the purpose of satisfying said indebtedness and the costs of executing this trust.
