TRUSTEE‘S SALE — For default in the payment of debt and performance of obligation described in and secured by Deed of Trust executed by Judy E. Graham and Gary Wilkinson on May 4, 2006, which Deed of Trust was recorded May 4, 2006 as Document #69246, in Book 1361, Page 67, in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Ray County, Missouri, the undersigned Trustee, at the request of the legal holder of the debt, who has elected to declare the entire debt due and payable, will on November 21, 2011, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (11:00 a.m.) at the south front door of the Ray County Courthouse, in the City of Richmond, State of Missouri, sell at public venue to the highest bidder for cash, the realty described in said Deed of Trust, to wit:


The West Half of the North Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 11,

Township 54, Range 29, Ray County, Missouri; Subject to reservations,

restrictions and easements of record;

to satisfy said debt and costs.
