Donald Scott O’Dell (07-21-2010)
Capt. Donald Scott “Scotty” O’Dell, 46, of Largo, Fla., died July 15, 2010.
A native of Largo, he was preceded in death by his mother Alice Mae (Blyth) O’Dell; and his grandparents, Donald and Opal Blyth and James and Effie O’Dell, all of the Orrick area.
He is survived by his father James R. “Jim” O’Dell of Largo, Fla.; a son and daughther Justin and Paige O’Dell of Largo, Fla.; three brothers, James R. “Jim” O’Dell, Jr., Doug O’Dell and Wayne O’Dell; a sister, Lourie Brady; and many other relatives in Florida and the Orrick area.
The family will be holding a private service.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Suncoast Hospice.
