Thomas Jesse Honn (06-07-2010)
Thomas Jesse Honn, 71, of Lexington, died Friday, June 4, 2010.
Thomas was born on May 13, 1939 in Udell, Iowa, the son of Thomas and Margaret Burns Honn. Thomas married Anna Isaacs in 1969. They later divorced. Tommie worked at Community Lumber for 40 years. Previous to that he worked at a grain elevator and did carpentry work.
Survivors include: his daughter, Cheri D. Johnson, and husband, Randy, Grain Valley; three grandchildren, William Nathanial Bryant, Aaron Andrew Bryant and Taylor Johnson, all of Grain Valley; a special niece, Sandy Riggins, Columbia; one sister, Louise Bushnell and husband, Richard Higby; and a brother in law, Robert Thompson, Brunswick, Mo.
His parents and a sister, Pauline Thompson, preceded him in death.
Visitation was from 4 to 6 p.m., Sunday, June 6 at Walker-Nadler-Fuller Funeral Home, Lexington. Funeral services were at 11 a.m., Monday, June 7, at the funeral home. Burial followed at 1:30 p.m. in Elliott Grove Cemetery in Brunswick.
Arrangements were under the direction of Walker-Nadler-Fuller Funeral Home, Lexington.
