Look for the ‘Extra’ in next week’s Town & Country Leader East

Dear Readers:
Beginning Tuesday, Aug. 11, The Daily News will begin publishing a special news supplement, The Daily News Extra, which will be in our Town and Country Leader East each Tuesday to homes in Richmond and at stands in Richmond, Orrick, Henrietta and Hardin.
Classifieds, comics, features and news stories will all be part of this weekly supplement.
Town and Country East, which is produced by The Daily News on Tuesdays, is a publication that provides shoppers with services and deals from the local business community.
The shopper package along with our new Daily News EXTRA will take the place of our Tuesday edition of the newspaper beginning Aug. 11. This decision gives our readers and advertisers more access to locally advertised bargains while keeping the core of the news package intact. Stories, obituaries, announcements are always online, 24-hours-a-day, at www.richmond-dailynews.com.
We are proud to publish a local daily newspaper for the Richmond community. Richmond is the smallest community in Missouri with a daily newspaper, and with your support, we’ll continue to provide Ray County with in-depth reporting, sports coverage and photography that you have come to expect. Thank you for supporting your local newspaper in our ever-changing economy.
If you have questions regarding this matter, please contact me at 816-776-5454. If you live in the Richmond area and aren’t receiving a Town and Country Leader East and would like one delivered to your home, contact Kim Tyler or Patty Walker at 776-5454.
