Shall the following described tract of land lying and situated within the County of Ray, State of Missouri, be rezoned from R-A (residential-agricultural) to R-1 (rural residential) for accommodating very low-density residential development, not to exceed a density of 1 dwelling unit per 9 acres.

 

This tract is located (exact location of property): on the north side of E 176th Street, approximately 1/2 mile west of Hwy A, Norborne.  In those portions of the NE1/4 of the NW1/4 and the NW1/4 of the NE1/4, all in Section 16, Township 53 North of the Baseline, Range 26 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, Ray County, Missouri.
