Concerns about dismissed cases prompted Ray County Prosecuting Attorney Camille Johnston to address questions from commissioners about the way her office handles dismissed charges. Johnston said the discussion followed an earlier meeting in which commissioners presented her with a packet listing dismissed cases and raised concerns about the total number.
