Floyd Olen Wynn, 61, of Camden, died Monday, Aug. 4, 2014 at his home.
Floyd was born June 18, 1953 in St. Louis, to Hubert Olen and Anna Marie (Malinski) Wynn.
Floyd was a 1972 graduate of Liberty High School. Floyd was a diesel mechanic for Wheeler Automotive in Kansas City. He also worked for Midwest Locomotive and was also owner and operator of Floyd’s Automotive. Floyd was of the Christian faith. He had lived in Camden area most of his life.
Survivors include his mother, Anna Marie Wynn of Richmond; three brothers and three sisters-in-law, Charles and Brenda Wynn of Excelsior Springs, Steven and Karen Wynn of Liberty, and David and Glenda Wynn of Excelsior Springs, one sister and brother-in-law, Pam and Mike Clemons of Richmond; and several nieces and nephews also survive.
In addition to his father, Floyd was preceded in death by one brother, Matthew Wynn.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Craven Cemetery.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Aug. 6, at 2 p.m. at the Thurman Funeral Home in Richmond. Visitation will be Wednesday, Aug. 6, from 1 to 2 p.m. at Thurman Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Cravens Cemetery near Camden.
