David Earl Daniel, 56, of Blytheville, Ark. and formerly of Richmond, passed away Tuesday, March 25, 2014 at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Fla.
David was born Nov. 8, 1957 in Richmond, to Robert E. and Betty (Bryant) Daniel. He married Judy Wren; she survives of the home.
David was a graduate of Missouri State University and distinguished veteran of the United States Air Force. David worked as an industrial Engineer in the Steel Industry for the last 20 years in Blytheville, Ark. up till his death.
Survivors include his wife, Judy Daniel; mother, Betty Daniel of Richmond; two brothers, Dale Daniel and his wife, Katy of Vine Grove, Ky. and Darrin Daniel and his wife, Cherie of Colorado Springs, Colo.; two step-sons, Michael McCurry and his wife, Christi of Blytheville, Ark. and Joe Dan and his wife, Lauren McCurry of Littlerock, Ark.; aunt, Jean Bengston of Richmond.
David was preceded in death by his father, Robert E. Daniel.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to either the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis, TN or to the Donor’s Choice.
Memorial services will be held Saturday, April 12, at 9 a.m. at the Thurman Funeral Home in Richmond. Inurnment will be in the Richmond Cemetery. Online condolences may be left at www.thurmanfuneralhome.com
