Family Community & Education chapter honors Sunrise essays, art

Ray County Family Community & Education representatives (back, from left) Charlene Cassity, Wilma Carter, June Sharp and Betty Lou Martin were at Sunrise Elementary Tuesday morning to honor students who entered essays and drawings this year on the theme of ‘Respect’. All the entries received certificates and were honored in front of their classmates, teachers and some parents. The top four entries were recognized and three of them won cash awards.
