Bobby Gene Wyse, 51, of Richmond, died Wednesday, Feb. 26, 2014 at Liberty Hospital in Liberty.
Bobby was born Oct. 24, 1962 in Richmond to Bobbie Norwood and Sharon Kay (Metcalfe) Wyse. He married Marianne Ellis of Springfield, March 31, 1990. She survives of the home.
Bobby was a 1981 graduate from Richmond High School. He worked at Ford Motor Company as an inspector for 27 ½. Bobby was Vice President of the U.A.W. Union Local #249. He was an Eagle Scout in Troop #324. He was a “Tom Tom Beater” in the Tribe of Mic-O-Say. He was a member of the Richmond Masonic Lodge 57 A.F. & A.M. He was of the Baptist faith. Bobby was a lifelong Richmond resident.
Additional survivors include his parents, Bobbie and Sharon Wyse of Richmond; one son, Blaine E. Wyse of the home; one brother, David A. and his wife Traci L. Wyse of Richmond; mother-in-law, Marilynn Ellis of Richmond; sister-in-law, Cassie Herd of Mt. Vernon; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews also survive.
The family suggest memorial contributions be made to the Blaine E. Wyse College Fund.
Funeral services will be held Monday, March 3, at 1:30 p.m. at the Thurman Funeral Home in Richmond. Visitation will be Sunday, March 2, from 7 to 8 p.m. where a Tribe of Mic-O-Say service will be at 6 p.m. and a Masonic Service at 6:30 p.m. at Thurman Funeral Home in Richmond.
