Barbara Lorain Bolch, 71, of Richmond, died Tuesday, Feb. 4, 2014 at her home.
Barbara was born Feb. 18, 1942 in Richmond to Richard Vernon and Ermel (Lynch) Walker.
Barbara worked in Customer Service at Wal-Mart in Richmond for seven years and had also worked at BP in Richmond. She was of the Christian faith. Barbara was a lifelong Richmond resident.
Survivors include one daughter, Shelby Linebach of St. Joseph; one brother and sister-in-law, Richard and Helen Walker of Topeka, Kan.; three sisters and brothers-in-law, Betty Sue and Floyd Roberts of Lee’s Summit, Deloris and James Burnett of Polo, and Bernice and Bob Kelly of Polo; four grandchildren, Aubry Linebach, Dru Linebach and fiancé, Bobbie Jo Miller, Clay Linebach and Carson Irizarry; and two great-grandchildren, Hannah Lowery and Henley Adams. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Barbara was preceded in death by her parents.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Barbara L. Bolch Memorial Fund.
Funeral services will be held Monday, Feb. 10, at 11 a.m. at the Thurman Funeral Home in Richmond. Visitation will be Monday, Feb. 10, from 10 to 11 a.m. at Thurman Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Richmond Memory Gardens Cemetery. Online condolences may be left at www.thurmanfuneralhome.com
