MoDOT is inviting the public to offer comments on preliminary plans to improve the I-435 and Route 210 interchange. The public hearing is 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 30 at the Maple Room at the Holiday Inn, Kansas City Northeast, 7333 Parvin Rd.
The hearing will share preliminary plans to convert the current I-435 and Route 210 interchange into a diverging diamond interchange, replace two I-435 bridges over 210 and add a pass-through onto I-435. MoDOT engineers will be on hand to answer questions.
Those unable to attend can view the displays and offer comments online at www.modot.org/kc beginning Jan. 30; comments will be accepted through Feb. 13.
