NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE
Default having been made in the payment of that certain note secured by Deed of Trust executed by Anita J. Holey, a married woman joined by William E. Holey IV, her Spouse, dated January 7, 2008 and recorded on January 14, 2008 in Book 1472, Page 8, as Document No. 78618, Office of Recorder of Deeds, Ray County, Missouri. The Successor Trustee will on December 17, 2013, between the hours of 9:00 o’clock A.M. and 5:00 P.M. more particularly at 10:00AM, at the Ray County Courthouse, 100 West Main Street, South Front door, Richmond, MO, sell at public venue to the highest bidder for cash, the following real estate:
All of lots eleven (11), twelve (12), and thirteen (13), and all of lot fourteen (14), except the East eighteen (18) feet of said lot fourteen (14), all in block four (4), in Hughes Addition to the town of Hardin, Ray County, Missouri, as the same appears on the plat of said addition now on file in the Recorder’s Office, of Ray County, Missouri, Also a tract of land lying immediately North of and adjoining the above described real estate and extending North to the right of way of the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railroad.

inherent scrivener’s error. The correct legal is as follows:
All of lotS 11,12, 13 and all of lot 14, except the East 18 feet of said lot 14, block 4, Hughes Addition an addition to the town of Hardin, Ray County, Missouri, Also a tract of land lying immediately North of and adjoining the above described real estate and extending North to the right of way of the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railroad.
