Pamela Kay Walker, 65, of Richmond, passed away on Saturday, Oct. 5, 2013 at the St. Luke’s Hospice House in Kansas City, Mo., with her loving husband by her side.
Pam was born Feb. 26, 1948 in Oakland, Calif. to Otho and Juanita O. (Vohel) Nickell. She married Ronnie W. Walker of Richmond, Aug. 15, 1980. He survives of the home.
Additional survivors include; her father, Otho Nickell of Richmond; one daughter, Tona Rodriguez and her husband, Jose, of Jacksonville, Fla.; one brother, Bill Nickell of Richmond; two sisters, Connie Nickell of Richmond, Mary Reynolds of Richmond; and one grandson, Jerome Abbott.
Pam was a homemaker. She was of the Christian faith. She was a 1966 graduate of Paris (MO) High School. She had lived in the Richmond area most of her life.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the St. Luke’s Hospice House in Kansas City.
As to Pam’s request, there will be no services.
