Default having been made in the payment of that certain note secured by Deed of Trust executed by Jennifer L. Reynolds, A Married Woman, dated April 21, 2006 and recorded on April 21, 2006 in Book 1359,Page 13, as Document No. 69016 and modified by Loan Modification Agreement recorded on October 2, 2007 in Book 1456 at Page 55, Office of Recorder of Deeds, Ray County, Missouri. The Successor Trustee will on September 20, 2013, between the hours of 9:00 o’clock A.M. and 5:00 P.M. more particularly at 10:00AM, at the Ray County Courthouse, 100 West Main Street, South Front door, Richmond, MO, sell at public venue to the highest bidder for cash, the following real estate:

Lawson, Ray County, MO. Described as follows: beginning at the Southeast corner of
Lot 58, Cardinal Heights, Lawson, Ray County, Missouri; thence S 89 Degrees 00′ W
128.09 feet to the County line; thence N 00 degrees 03′ E along said County line, 80.01
feet; thence N 89 degrees 00′ E 126.62 feet; thence S 01 degree 00′ E, along the West line
of Cardinal Circle, 80 feet to the point of beginning.
