NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE
Default having been made in the payment of that certain note secured by Deed of Trust executed by Craig Means, and Kathleen Means, Husband and Wife, dated November 21, 2006 and recorded on December 1, 2006 in Book 1403, Page 51, as Document No.72799, Office of Recorder of Deeds, Ray County, Missouri. The Successor Trustee will on September 20, 2013, between the hours of 9:00 o’clock A.M. and 5:00 P.M. more particularly at 10:00 AM, at the Ray County Courthouse, 100 West Main Street, South Front door, Richmond, MO, sell at public venue to the highest bidder for cash, the following real estate:
LOT 2, EASTWOOD HILLS, A SUBDIVISION IN WOOD HEIGHTS, RAY COUNTY, MISSOURI, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF.
