Notice is hereby given that the Planning & Zoning Commission of the County of Ray, State of Missouri, will hold a public hearing on Monday, the 9th day of September 2013 at 8:00 PM at the Ray County Library, Richmond, Missouri.
The following matter will be considered:
Shall the following described tract of land lying and situated within the County of Ray, State of Missouri, be rezoned from R-A (residential-agricultural) to I-2 (general industrial) for accommodating intense industrial and manufacturing operations in locations which are suitable based upon adjacent land uses, visual impacts, access to transportation and the availability of public services and utilities. This district is appropriate for application in Rural, Low or Urban Density Development, provided that uses are adequately buffered from residential areas and commercial properties that are used by the general public.
This tract is located (exact location of property):8905 Wollard Blvd, Richmond, Missouri; those portions of the SW1/4 of Section 4, and the SE1/4 of Section 5, all in Township 51 North of the Baseline, Range 27 West of the Fifth Principle Meridian, Ray County, Missouri
More particularly described as follows (legal description): Commencing at the NW corner of the NE1/4 of said Section 5, thence N85°16’07”E, along the north line of the NE1/4 of said Section 5, a distance of 2196.06 feet to a point on the easterly right of way line of Missouri Highway 13; thence N42°49’50”W, along said easterly right of way line, a distance of 72.68 feet; thence N05°18’49”W, along said easterly right of way line, a distance of 84.53 feet to the Point of Beginning of said portions herein described; thence N11°25’05”W, along said easterly right of way line, a distance of 103.53 feet; thence N45°38’04”W, along said easterly right of way line, a distance of 140.83 feet; thence N29°17’27”W, along said easterly right of way line, a distance of 82.70 feet; thence N64°11’14”E, a distance of 745.69 feet; thence S57°29’45”E, a distance of 332.72 feet; thence S17°50’56”E, a distance of 307.49 feet; thence S70°37’28”W, a distance of 251.32 feet; thence S85°00’57”W, a distance of 151.56 feet; thence N00°17’55”E, a distance of 61.38 feet; thence S85°00’57”W, a distance of 116.25 feet; thence S78°15’08”W, a distance of 389.16 feet to said Point of Beginning. Said portions contain 8.8 acres and are subject to all easements of record.
This notice is given in accordance with Section 30.3 of the Ray County Planning and Zoning Regulations, Ray County Missouri as approved by the Ray County Commission on the 10th day of June 2005.
