When she was in eighth grade, Taylor Cotton was Young Miss Ray County and later became Miss Ray County in 2009-10. Suzanne Porth-Cotton was Miss Ray County in 1980 and as Miss Missouri appeared in the Miss USA Pageant in 1981. Suzanne Cotton earned a $2,800 scholarship for her 2013 title.
