e third person charged in the Hardin-Central High School locker room sexual assaults.
Prosecutor Danielle Rogers charged Boydston with two felony Forcible Sodomy accounts for incidents police say took place between Oct. 1 and Nov. 30, 2011, and on or about Dec. 9, 2011.
Both counts allege the defendant “had deviate sexual intercourse … by use of forcible compulsion.”
A victim is identified by his initials in the prosecution’s complaint, but Richmond News policy is to not identify juveniles or victims of sexual assault. Boydston was certified as an adult through a court hearing.
According to an affidavit of probable cause, Hardin Police Chief Ted Kuhlman said he learned of the allegations after the juvenile and a second male victim reported an incident to the sheriff’s department. During a forensic interview, the victims described events described as “sexual misconduct involving other classmates.”
