Helen Sarah Frank, 57, Richmond, passed away, Monday, March 4, 2013, at the Shirkey Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Richmond.

Visitation was held from 10:30 a.m. to service time at 11 a.m., Wednesday, March 6, at the Calvary Baptist Church in Rayville. Burial will follow at the Union Cemetery in Orrick.

Memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
