Victoria Denise Dobbins, 52 of Orrick,  passed away Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2013 at Liberty Hospital.

The family will receive friends from noon to 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 16, at the Gowing Chapel in Orrick. Funeral services will follow the visitation at 1:30 p.m. at Gowing Chapel with burial following.
