Thomas Joseph Case, 60, of Lexington,  passed away Monday, Feb. 11, 2013 at Lafayette Regional Health Center, Lexington

Visitation for Mr. Case will be from 2 to 4 p.m., Friday, Feb. 15,  at the Walker-Nadler-Fuller Funeral Home, Lexington.  There will be no services.   Memorials may be made to the family.
