Carol Lee Evans, 66, Richmond, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2013 at the Liberty Hospital.

A Celebration of Carol’s Life will be at 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 15, at the Polley Funeral Home, Excelsior Springs.
