Vera Maxine Wood, 95, Excelsior Springs, passed away, Monday, Jan. 7, 2013, at the Convalescent Center in Excelsior Springs.

Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m., with the funeral service starting at 2 p.m., Friday, Jan. 11, at the Pisgah Baptist Church in Excelsior Springs. Burial will be in the Pisgah Cemetery.

The family suggests memorial donations be made to the Pisgah Cemetery.
